Commission-Based

Sales Representative

Remote · Website Services

We build websites for small businesses, and we're looking for a driven salesperson to grow our client base. This is a commission-only role with recurring monthly income — you get paid every month your clients stay on, not just once at the sale.

What you'll do

  • Cold call business leads that we provide — no prospecting or list-building on your end
  • Pitch our website service and close new clients
  • Upsell existing clients into add-on packages for additional commission

Compensation

  • 100% commission with recurring monthly payouts on every active client
  • Realistic earnings: a rep maintaining 10 active clients earns $1,000+/month, and that grows with every close
  • No cap on earnings

What we look for

  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling
  • Resilient — you can hear "no" and keep dialing
  • Sales experience preferred but not required; we'll coach the right person
Full-time

Frontend Developer

Remote · North Atlanta, GA / Dallas, TX

Build the sites we ship. Every client project is a custom Next.js build — fast, accessible, and designed to convert, not a page-builder template.

What you'll do

  • Build client sites in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
  • Turn design files into responsive, accessible, high-performance pages
  • Wire up forms, analytics, and integrations; deploy on Vercel
  • Keep Core Web Vitals and SEO fundamentals healthy on every launch

What we look for

  • Strong React and TypeScript; production experience with Next.js
  • Fluent in modern CSS and Tailwind; you care how things feel, not just how they render
  • Comfortable owning a build from repo to live domain
  • Portfolio or GitHub we can look through
Full-time

Designer

Remote · North Atlanta, GA / Dallas, TX

Set the visual direction. You'll design sites and brand systems that make small businesses look like the best option in their market.

What you'll do

  • Design website layouts, landing pages, and full brand systems
  • Develop typography, color, and component direction our devs can build from
  • Produce ad creative and social assets for client campaigns
  • Present and defend design decisions to clients

What we look for

  • Portfolio showing web and brand work — not just dribbble shots
  • Fluent in Figma and a modern design workflow
  • Understand layout, hierarchy, and type well enough to break the rules on purpose
  • Can work with developers and hand off files they can actually build
